According to Rightmove, rents in Walton on Thames have increased by 34% in the last 12 months.

Over 2,300 local households are on the Council’s housing waiting list, with over 1,000 requesting housing in Walton.

Elmbridge Council estimate that the Borough needs over 600 homes a year from now until 2036.

Their emerging Local Plan will protect all Greenbelt land, with all the new development built on brownfield sites.

Our plans

CGI showing what the new homes could look like.

We have submitted a planning application to build 26 three-bedroom townhouses on the Station Court Car Park at Walton-on-Thames station.

It is a brownfield site, allocated for housing development in the Council’s emerging Local Plan.

Our scheme is targeted at local families, helping them stay in the area.

The new homes have been designed to reflect the character of the local area. We are proposing a mix of semi-detached and terrace town houses with private gardens.

The scheme will also improve landscaping in the area, with new planting, fencing and gates.

The site

Station Court is one of four station car parks serving Walton-on-Thames Railway Station.

The other three car parks will be retained, maintaining over 500 parking spaces at the station.
